AHH! I'm so full right now! Went to Sano tonight & ate so much so much! (媽咪都經常問以我咁既食量再加上超級長既睡眠時間再加唔做運動, 點解我都可以唔變個150磅大肥婆! 呵呵..有排都未到150磅啦拜託!)
Alright so back to Sano. My first impression is the place looks pretty nice. I like how they have those little crystal balls hanging around heehee soo cute! And the seats are really cushioned and comfortable!

They have soooo many choice for rolls, AND they have red tuna sushi! =D *thumb up*
Lets start with soups.. we ordered miso soup & tom yum soup:
The miso soup is kinda tasteless =/
The tom yum soup is alright.. not spicy enough though.Here comes the hand roll and sushi roll..
Two hand rolls (Red tuna and spider hand roll), red dragon roll and dynamite roll:*Dynamite roll - cucumbers, avocado, flying fish roe and shrimp tempura.
*Red dragon roll - cucumbers, avocado, flying fish roe and shrimp tempura with salmon on top.
- The red tuna roll is so good! The put a lot of red tuna in it. There's red tuna all the way to the end.
- The spider roll taste alright. They also put a lot of ingredients in the hand roll!
- I love the rolls, it taste soo good! I like how the chopped the cucumber into little strips, it taste so much better than other place that just stuck in a block of cucumber.
Here is our Sushi Boat! I love how they put the sushi in the boat, nicely presented! Also they put this little flashing ice cube in the boat!! SOOO COOL =D it changes color too!
I LOVE THE FLASHING ICE CUBE! so cuteee, forgot to ask them where they bought it =.="
Red snapper sashimi: they cut it sooo thin, good knife skill!
Salmon sashimi: kinda disappointed! its not that fresh, and they cut it tooooo thin (無口感啦!)
Sano sushi: There's crab meat, flying fish roe, and crispy. It taste spicy! Its pretty good!!
Red tuna sushi: LOVE it! it taste so good! I'm surprise they have red tuna, other jap ayce place don't have it!
Spicy salmon sushi: It's good! It's spicy, it's crispy. However.. I wish they made it smaller like bite size, because if you bite into half, the spicy salmon and the crispy falls everywhere.. =/Eel sushi: too much rice! And when I pick it up, the rice falls apart...散哂 =.="
Arctic roll: it has salmon, avocado, crab meat, cripsy wrapped with something like vietnamese or thai rice wrapping paper. It's actually pretty interesting and tasty! A bit spicy and the texture is a bit chewy (because of the rice wrapping paper)! yummy!

Eel and avocado roll: sounds weird, I have never tried to eat them together. But it turns out they are pretty good together!! yumm..
Rainbow Dragon roll: There's not a lot of rice around it! good good! There's flying fish roe, shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumbers inside with avocado and eel on top. It taste good!!

OK.. here are the hot dishes I ordered..
Garlic beef: the beef was tender, however, it has no garlic taste and it's tasteless..
Fried oyster: it was alright..so-so
Shrimp tempura: It's pretty good, not TOO MUCH crispy like the other place would have made it.
Buttered mushroom: They cut it too thin. When mushroom is cooked, their size shrink a lot. I guess they should have cut it a bit bigger so after it's been cooked, it won't be too thin like the picture (無口感啦!)
Enoki beef 金菇牛肉卷: Enokitake mushroom wrapped with beef. The mushroom is fresh and nice. But the sauce is TOO TOO sweet!Here comes the desserts!!!

Strawberry mousse: It taste soo good! Strong flavour of strawberry!!! The texture is so soft and creamy!Chocolate mousse: It also taste good, strong flavour of chocolate. But I guess it's a bit TOO sweet for me.
Mango pudding: It's good! yummy!

Mango yogurt: the top is some kinda mango jam, the bottom taste like tofu! It's good!!Coffee jelly: STRONG smell and STRONG flavour of coffee! I personally don't drink coffee, so it's a bit too strong and bitter for me, but if you are a coffee lover, MUST TRY their coffee jelly!
Strawberry yogurt: the top is strawberry jam and bottom also taste like tofu. LOVE it!
TOTAL $40.25 for two people (included tax already)! I consider the price pretty cheap! (15% off if you pay by cash, again I don't know when this offer will end, so please call and ask before you go)Overall it's a satisfying dinner..
Service: The waitresses are attentive! *thumbS up* for the service! Also I'm really surprise how good they are, because usually when I go Jap ayce, the waitresses have no knowledge to the dishes at all and they will be like "oh.. give me a second i will ask the chef". The waitresses at Sano are knowledgeable! I asked them what's inside the arctic roll, volcano roll, blah blah blah roll, they can tell me all the ingredients that's inside the rolls!
Environment: The seats are cushioned and comfortable. The place is nice and spacious.
Food: Didn't really like the hot dishes (buttered mushroom, garlic beef, soups...). But the sushi rolls, sashimi and the desserts are good!! And the food are nicely presented!
