Had another very satisfying dinner @ Koganei!!

Miso Soup $1.75
- very good! strong flavour, YUMMY =D !!
- there are seaweed and tofu inside
- i drank 2 miso soup! =P

Sashimi combo (18 pieces) $19.95
- sashimi are very very fresh and fatty!! YUMMY!!! =D
- they don't just give u common sashimi - salmon, tuna.. They gave us Salmon, White Tuna, Red Tuna, Red Snapper, Sword Fish, Sweet Shrimp, Herring
- the yellow one is Herring. You rarely see it at other Japanese restaurants. The yellow part is its egg. It taste like Mackerel (Saba). Very very yummy! =)
- all the sashimi are really thick slices! =D

Sweet Shrimp sashimi (5 pieces) $4.75
Mackerel sashimi (3 pieces) $4.25
- you can see in the picture, they gave us 7 pieces sweet shrimp and 5 pieces mackerel. It's so nice of them =)
- OMG!!! the mackerel is really good! The taste, the texture.. It's SO YUMMY!!! =D

Sashimi combo (30 pieces) $34.00
- there are octopus, surf clam, squid, sweet shrimp, herring, red tuna, white tuna, red snapper....
- all the sashimi are thick slices!! SO FATTY & FRESH! YUMMY!!! =D
- i like the ice boat! so cute =D

White tuna hand roll $3.95
Eel hand roll $3.95
- it's really good!! =)
- the seaweed is crispy
- as you can see, there are a lot of white tuna and eel! the sashimi goes all the way to the end =D

Koganei roll $12.95
- shrimp tempura, deep fried hamachi, onion & tobiko with spicy mayonnaise
- it's a pretty good roll, yumm... =)

Dragon roll $12.95
- shrimp tempura, bbq eel and tobiko (flying fish roe) with unagi sauce and avocado on top
- it's yummy!
- the roll is warm when it comes out =D
- big pieces of eel in the roll! =)

Uni sushi (2 pieces) $6.50
Black flying fish roe (2 pieces) $5
- the UNI is SOOO GOOD! SO YUMMY =D
- there is more than one piece of UNI in one sushi! =)
- the black flying fish roe is not bad, just not my taste.

- Shrimp & vegetable tempura, 2 pieces of salmon sushi, 2 pieces of California roll, salad, eel on rice
- the tempura is yummy! not oily at all! =)
- the eel are really thick and fatty, yummy! =D

Sushi & Sashimi Lunch $14.95
- 4 pieces of sashimi, 8 pieces of sushi, sushi roll & salad
- the sashimi and sushi might be different each time, depends on what they have at that time
- this time i have white tuna, salmon, red snapper as my sashimi && scallop, shrimp, butter fish, red tuna, and mackerel as my sushi
- you can see from the picture, the sashimi are thick! fatty & YUMMY! =D
- the mackerel sushi is YUMMY!!! really fresh and tasty =)

- it's kinda tasteless.. don't really taste the mustard

Takoyaki $6.00
- it's pretty good =)

Age siu mai $5.50
- it's alright...
- the outside is really crispy, the inside ...the texture is funny

Salmon tataki $8.00
- it's alright.. feels like something is missing.. maybe a little bit more sauce would be better??

Dragon Eye roll $9.80
- pretty interesting roll.
- it's crispy =)
- NOT oily at all

Spicy Tuna roll (6 pieces) $7.80
Sea Urchin (UNI) sushi (2 pieces) $6.50
- spicy tuna roll is not spicy enough la =/
- but the tuna is really fresh and yummy =)
- SEA URCHIN SUSHI! YUMMY!!! SO GOOD!! =D

Rib Eye Beef Sukiyaki $12.50 +ADD rice with egg $3.50
- i like how the rice comes with egg!! YUMMY!
- the soup from the Sukiyaki is good! =)
- there are beef, tofu, mushroom, lettuce in the sukiyaki
- so many kinds of mushroom in the sukiyaki! (i found 3 kinds) LOVE MUSHROOMS =D
- the tofu is so smooth =)

Green tea $2.50

Island Country $6.25
- sake, lychee liq, blue curacao, guava juice, and pineapple juice
- *thumb up* taste so good la! =D
- it has alot of my favourite! lychee, guava, pineapple is one of my favourite fruits... =)


Service:
- servers are nice and friendly =)
- server will come refill you water when they see your glass is half empty =)
- when I leave, the servers smile at me and say byebye =)
- however, the kitchen keep missing my order =.="" the server did put my order in but the kitchen forgot my salmon tataki and age siu mai, until i asked the server to check with the chef

- place is nice and spacious
- seats are comfy! =)
- i like the entrance! =D
