Lotus flower (clay miniature)

I made Lotus Flower for my mom (I asked my Aunt to bring it to Hong Kong to give it to my mom). My mom received the flower so that means I can post the pictures up now!

It took me probably 7-8 hours to finish it.
I made two lotus flowers (one blossomed, one haven't blossomed yet), 4 lotus leaves, 2 koi fish, and some stones around the bottom). They are all made out of clay. The water you see in the bowl is just some kinda gel..

The lotus leaves.. You can see I kinda make them look wilt 枯萎左少少. I absolutely love the way they look, the wilt part make them look more real, so satisfied with the result of the lotus leaves. And that drop of water on the lotus leaf makes it looks even more real. *LOVE* =D

This is how big the flower is - smaller than the size of a palm.

I think there are 3 Phoenix Restaurant 金鳳餐廳, this one is actually my least favourite Phoenix Restaurant, but oh well.. I gotta go Ten23 after dinner and this Phoenix is close to Ten23.
The other Phoenix Restaurants are at:

2. 8190 Bayview Avenue, Thornhill

Korean diced pork rice 韓式"什麼什麼"蓋飯 (forget to write down the name & prices! SORRY!!!)
- it was so-so.. nothing special

Thai fried rice 泰式肉鬆炒飯
- it's a bit spicy, taste pretty good.

Baked pork rice (white sauce + tomato sauce) 白汁+茄汁焗豬排飯
- this taste SO BAD here at this location, this taste so good at the 8190 Bayview Avenue location
- the rice is SO DRY and hard! =(
- the pork was ok

Stir-fried beef rice noodle 干炒牛河
- it's pretty good.

Overall,

Service:
- The servers are not attentive at all. We have to wave at them call them a lot of time just to get some bowls and fork. They just pass by all the time without even looking if you are calling them

Food:
- so-so! it's my least favourite Phoenix Restaurant
