Jim Chai Kee Noodle 沾仔記麵食 review

Jim Chai Kee Noodle 沾仔記麵食

Location: 270 West Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill
Hours:
Wednesday CLOSE, Monday - Tuesday & Thursday - Sunday: 10:00AM - 8:00PM

I couldn't think of what to eat for dinner so I went to Jim Chai Kee Noodle since it never disappointed me. I ordered won ton noodle & it came within 5 minutes (it's probably just 2 minutes!)

Jim Chai Kee Noodle has around 16 tables, i would say around 60 seats. The place is pretty spacious.

They have a self-serve tea station at the back. And if you don't want tea, the pop is just $1.
Here are some pictures:

There are 4 wontons in the
wonton noodle. The wonton are so big. They put the wonton under the noodle to cook it. They are cooked just right! The shrimps inside the wonton are sweet & fresh (爽口too!) . 皮薄餡靚! The noodle was okay.

Here are the prices: (wonton noodle $4.50)

My clay miniatures . . .

I have been learning to make clay miniature for 2 months now.

Here are some pictures of my clay miniatures, they are all made out of clay (黏土):

Rose cake: it's just slightly bigger than one cent

(Top left): Sausage bread with hot lemon tea /(Top right): Croissant with hot coffee

Goldfish bowl: The goldfish bowl is just the size of a palm. The goldfish, stone, seaweed are all made out of clay. The water is some kind of gel-form liquid. And for the glass bowl, I just buy it.

Dim Sum table: This dim sum table took me 10-12 hours to make it! My biggest project so far. I made the table, chopstick, teacup, teapot, plates, spoons, dim sum trays, all the dim sum!

There is 12 dim sum: 蝦餃, 燒賣, 韮菜餃, 炸蝦角, 春卷, 蘿白糕, 奶黃包, 叉燒包, 牛肉鍋蛋飯, 牛肉腸, 糯米雞, 馬拉糕. (ha gao/shrimp dumpling, siu mai, vegetable dumpling, deep fried shrimp dumpling, spring roll, white carrot cake, egg custard bun, BBQ pork bun, beef rice with egg on top, rice noodle roll with beef, sticky rice, ma lai cake).

The table is just the size of a hand, so the dim sums are really really tiny!
