開飯! 煲仔飯黎啦! (Chinese style clay pot rice)

didn't take me long to make these 煲仔飯 (what's the English name of 煲仔飯啦??), probably 1-2 hours
煲仔飯有: 臘鴨比, 臘腸, 潤腸, 菜. The tiny bowl beside it - is soy sauce 豉油/醬油.

Which one do you guys like better? The first pot or second pot?

  6. 煲仔飯 in English = Clay Pot Rice or some Hong Kongers just translate as Pot Rice.

    鴨骨好似隻眼睛,好得意。=D

    我鐘意條菜同埋菜葉。

  7. 啲飯會唔會白咗少少, 因為臘腸同臘鴨; 或者雞都應該有啲油漏咗落啲飯度喎.

    整體嚟講都係好得意, 讚!

    3. 如果出街食嘅煲仔飯係白色; 即是話啲飯同餸係分開煮, 唔係原煲一齊煮. 如果啲臘味係飯滾先放落去; 一定有臘味嘅色流落啲飯度, 有油嘅色, 有豉油色. 妳上次post嗰間煲仔飯應該唔係原煲煲仔飯, 只不過加啲餸上飯面.
