- seared rare ahi, mixed greens, mango, peanuts, avocado & cilantro mint lime dressing
- oceanwise(TM) salmon grilled medium-moist, fine herbs, maple beurre blanc, a crispy mashed potato & seasonal vegetables
- garlic, cream, nutmeg & shaved parmesan served with sauteed chicken
- from the Atlantic, brie & cheddar with cocktail sauce served with fries
- it's pretty good but too cheesy (you can only taste cheese)
- soy marinated tataki style top sirloin & our rainbow roll
- CAB® top sirloin, mushroom demi-glace, a fully loaded crispy mashed potato & seasonal vegetables
- the big "spring roll" under the steak is mashed potato inside! It's pretty good, crispy on the outside & smooth mashed potato in the inside! =)
- the steak has a strong flavour of black pepper! it's yummy =)
- however, feels like it's a bit overcooked. The meat is kinda hard to chew =/
