Eggette stand 雞蛋仔檔 clay miniature

Eggette is one of my favourite street food in Hong Kong. What is your favourite street food in Hong Kong??

I have finally finished my Eggette stand after non-stop working on it for 5 hours! I made some waffles 格仔餅 and eggette 雞蛋仔, some eggs. Also sugar, peanut butter, and condensed milk on the right side for the waffles (Chinese way of eating waffles). The two little paper bags on top of the plastic shelf are take-outs.

    1. 卒之睇哂妳的大作,好勁呀,不過全部都係 "兒童不宜" 尤其是啲 chocolate and donuts,好容易當真食咗!..=)

      好有興趣知道,可有拜師學藝?不過相信就算有學過都要好講天份、興趣和耐心。

    係呀, 我跟一個老師學架(個老師玩左麵粉花超過10年架啦).我學左3, 4個月啦.其他人都話唔似只係學左咁短時間.*比你地讚壞哂啦*

    我諗天份無咩啦, 興趣就一定有, 平時其他人一星期學1堂, 我就一星期去老師度學2-3堂.好勤力呢, 呵呵.

    整完每一樣野都好有成功感好有滿足感呢!!
