They have the best Tofu pudding (Tofu fa豆腐花)!! Well it's the best tofu fa I have ever tried in Ontario so far!
I went there for tea time. I order this Combo B (Soya milk 豆漿 + stir-fried rice noodle roll with bean sprouts 芽菜粉腸粉 OR stir-fried noodle with bean sprouts 豆卜銀芽炒麵) I picked stir-fried rice noodle roll 芽菜粉腸粉...
Combo B: stir-fried rice noodle roll 芽菜粉腸粉 + soya milk 豆漿 $2.99
I always order this combo whenever I go there. It is sooo good! They have some sauces on the table. Put some soy sauce (豉油) and hoisin sauce (海鮮醬/甜醬) and maybe some hot sauce if you like spicy.
Also, the soya milk is good too! LOVE it! It's not too sweet but sweet enough.
Then I order Tofu fa (cold)...I order the original flavour $1.99.
- They have a lot of tofu fa flavours (hot/cold): almond (杏仁), coconut (椰汁), sweetened-milk (花奶), ginger (薑汁), tapioca (珍珠), grass jelly (涼粉), jelly (果凍), chocolate (朱古力), diced taro (香芋粒), red bean (紅豆沙), green bean (綠豆沙), sesame (芝麻糊), walnut (合桃露), black sticky rice (黑糯米), sago with coconut juice (椰汁西米)
- The portion is big enough for 2 people.
- And I LOVE how the syrup is already been mixed inside the tofu fa. You can taste the sweetness inside the tofu fa. The tofu fa itself is already sweet enough and no need to add extra syrup. This is probably the only place I have ever tried that make the tofu fa this way. Other places usually add the syrup separately after they made the tofu fa and you will taste the tofu and syrup separately...
Remember to try out the place when you pass by or shopping at Pacific Mall (太古), it is just next to Pacific Mall (5 minute or less walk).
If you are in a rush & don't have time to eat there, you can buy take-out.
- The tofu fa is $5.50 for a box and $10 for 2 boxes. A box is enough for probably 4-5 people.
- The soya milk is $2.50 for a bottle (around 1L or more, I don't remember...) and $4.75 for two bottles.

Grace 妳年輕, 雖然食生冷嘢應該唔會有問題. 我相信MJ話鐘意食熱嘅只不過係因為原汁原味, 因為有好多嘢原本應該係熱/凍, 係好多因個人喜好; 調轉咗. 例如咖啡/奶茶; 應該熱好味過凍, 但好多人都鐘意飲凍啡/凍奶茶, 係貪佢凍, 唔係因為熱咖啡/熱奶茶散發出嘅香味.

Dan哥今次講得無錯,不過關於我點解只喜歡食熱豆腐花你只估啱一半。我最鐘意講估,你挑起我條根就等我講下故。
Delete我對中、西醫理都稍有認識不會盲從一方,之前講過醫咳,中藥好過西藥,西藥抗生素只能消炎殺菌,不能清除病毒所以有時越食越咳,而中藥是針對舒援病情等妳唔好咳得咁辛苦。
講番糖水,從中醫角度嚟睇,所有糖水尤其是凍的糖水都易動風,所以大多糖水都加入薑或陳皮同,因呢兩樣配料都有驅風、驅寒同埋化痰作用。
做豆腐花用嘅黃(白)豆本身高蛋白,營養豐富,炒熟嘅黃豆性熱,其它煮法屬甘寒,豆腐花熱食加薑汁糖水無問題,若果凍食又無薑汁,對某一些人,(中醫所指寒底之人) 會即時有不良反應,如惡心、頭暈有啲卜甚至連白泡都嘔埋。糖水用冰糖較好,冰糖清甜,白砂糖動風。豆腐花要新鮮做好才豆香同埋夠滑(石膏粉比例啱的話),放耐咗就唔掂。
Grace妳可能唔知我噏乜,不過妳久咳未清,最好暫時戒一戒生冷飲食。雖然年少人欺病,年老欺病人。妳重後生但都唔好放到咁盡,妳媽咪都咁講啦!

MJ 兄果然對中醫有認識, 所以我出外食飯對飯係糖水唔感興趣, 肯定佢地係用砂糖開糖水, 飲完個肚一定咕咕聲, 就係因為食咗砂糖嘅糖水攪起啲風.
